Tanggung Jawab
- Provide hands-on mentoring and direct technical training to sewing operators regarding advanced stitching techniques, fabric handling, and machine operation.
- Monitor production lines continuously to ensure adherence to strict quality standards and identify specific areas for improvement.
- Train and guide operators on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure consistency in output.
- Conduct regular quality checks and troubleshoot technical issues with sewing machinery to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sewing floor environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the production supervisor to set daily targets and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
- Assist in the development of new sewing patterns and techniques as required by production needs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in garment manufacturing, specifically in a technical sewing or quality assurance role.
- Strong working knowledge of various industrial sewing machines, overlockers, and cutting equipment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and train junior staff.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality production standards.
- Basic understanding of fabric properties, garment construction, and technical drawing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing priorities.
