Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain technical systems related to insurance policies and superannuation administration.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely solutions to support business operations.
- Assist in the implementation, testing, and deployment of software updates and system upgrades.
- Analyze data to support claims processing and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance checks to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Document technical processes and provide training to junior staff members.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in the Insurance or Superannuation sector is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of database management and technical support principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office) and industry-specific applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the Malaysian insurance landscape is an asset.
