Tanggung Jawab
- Operate high-precision spotlights and follow-spots during live performances to enhance visual storytelling.
- Manage complex sound systems, including mixing, balancing, and troubleshooting audio equipment in real-time.
- Coordinate the manual and automated movement of scenery, set pieces, and curtain cables with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist in the setup, testing, and dismantling of all technical equipment before and after events.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on lighting fixtures, sound boards, and rigging hardware.
- Collaborate closely with stage managers and directors to ensure all technical cues are hit precisely as scheduled.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing stage safety standards and cable management practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical theatre, live event production, or stage crew management.
- Strong technical proficiency with stage lighting consoles, audio mixing equipment, and rigging hardware.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work at heights or in confined spaces when required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical failures instantly under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a high-pressure team environment.
- Certification in stage safety or electrical safety is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on event schedules.
