Pancaran Samudera Transport is looking for a dedicated Technical Superintendent to oversee the critical machinery systems of our fleet. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all technical aspects of vessel maintenance and repairs to ensure operational readiness.
- Ensure strict compliance with IMO (International Maritime Organization) regulations and company policies.
- Manage and coordinate shipyard repairs, dry docking schedules, and major equipment upgrades.
- Monitor engine performance and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Liaise effectively with the crew and shore-based technical teams to resolve technical queries.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify safety and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) as a Chief Engineer or Second Engineer (STCW).
- Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in ship management or technical superintendency.
- Deep knowledge of marine propulsion systems, auxiliary machinery, and safety equipment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage technical teams.
- Proficiency in English and technical management software (e.g., MAXIMO, SAP).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing maritime conditions.
