We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Supervisor / Finishing Works Coordinator to lead the finishing phase of a premium development project in Seseh, Bali. This critical role demands hands-on expertise in quality control and construction finishing, moving beyond administrative duties to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and project excellence.
As a key technical leader, you will oversee all finishing operations, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Your technical proficiency will directly impact the successful delivery of this high-end development, requiring meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving capabilities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all finishing works including material selection, installation, and quality verification
- Conduct daily site inspections and implement quality control protocols for finishing components
- Manage subcontractors to ensure adherence to technical specifications and project timelines
- Review and approve technical drawings, material samples, and workmanship standards
- Prepare detailed progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate with architects/engineers for design clarification
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards on site
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision with 3+ years in finishing works
- Proven expertise in quality control procedures and construction finishing techniques
- Strong knowledge of premium materials, finishes, and installation methods
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001) or equivalent
- Proficiency in technical drawing interpretation and project management software
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
