We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our expert team in Jakarta Utara.
In this role, you will act as the primary technical advisor for our industrial clientele, bridging the gap between complex lubrication chemistry and practical industrial application. You will troubleshoot lubrication challenges, conduct on-site performance audits, and recommend innovative solutions to improve maintenance protocols for our diverse range of industrial machinery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical guidance to industrial clients regarding the selection and application of specialized lubricants.
- Conduct on-site technical audits to identify lubrication-related bottlenecks and performance issues.
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to reduce machine downtime and extend asset life.
- Analyze lubricant samples and interpret lab reports to provide actionable maintenance recommendations.
- Conduct technical training sessions for client engineering teams on lubrication best practices and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical justification and support for new product introductions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical service visits, findings, and client recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical support, maintenance, or engineering, specifically within the industrial lubricant industry.
- In-depth knowledge of lubrication theory, tribology, and fluid analysis interpretation.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems and lubrication delivery equipment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and technical reporting software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites within the Jakarta area.
- Highly organized, analytical, and committed to maintaining high safety standards.
