Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IVD products to resolve customer issues promptly
- Install, calibrate, and maintain diagnostic equipment at client sites
- Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on product usage and maintenance
- Document service activities, technical reports, and customer feedback systematically
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with product development teams to relay customer insights and improvement suggestions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field
- Proficiency in both Indonesian and English languages (written and spoken)
- Prior experience in technical support, preferably in medical devices or IVD industry
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within Kalimantan region as required
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and healthcare regulations is advantageous
