Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical presentations for CCTV and security systems
- Collaborate with sales teams to analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Provide advanced technical support during pre-sales consultations and proposal development
- Prepare detailed technical documentation including system specifications and implementation plans
- Stay current with industry trends and product innovations to maintain competitive edge
- Facilitate seamless handover between sales and technical implementation teams
- Develop and maintain technical training materials for internal and external stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in pre-sales engineering or technical support roles
- Expert knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, and security infrastructure
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in proposal generation and technical documentation
- Experience with security industry standards and compliance requirements
