Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, chat, or email channels.
- Analyze and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to provide accurate, step-by-step resolutions.
- Manage customer escalations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain historical records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify emerging trends or widespread technical bugs.
- Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met consistently.
- Continuously update your technical knowledge to support updated product features and services.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 months of relevant work experience in a BPO/Call Center environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing technical environments.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college level/degree holders are a plus.
