Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support to customers and sales teams via multiple channels (phone, email, in-person)
- Manage product sample inventory, testing protocols, and distribution logistics
- Coordinate product trials and pilot programs with commercial partners
- Document technical issues, solutions, and customer feedback in CRM systems
- Collaborate with R&D to implement product improvements based on field data
- Develop technical documentation and training materials for internal teams
- Monitor product performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Act as technical liaison between customers and product development teams
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of technical support or customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of F&B product testing and quality control procedures
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with CRM software and technical documentation systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
