Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of EDC devices to ensure optimal functionality
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues affecting EDC systems
- Document maintenance activities, incidents, and resolutions in technical reports
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and replacements
- Train users on proper EDC operation and best practices
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with data security protocols during maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or hardware maintenance
- Proficiency in diagnosing EDC systems and payment terminals
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues
- Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
