We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Technical Support Staff to join our professional team in Medan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our medical instruments function at peak performance to support critical healthcare services.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with a deep passion for technical diagnostics and field maintenance. You will be responsible for providing frontline technical support, conducting routine preventive maintenance, and resolving hardware or software issues for our clients. If you have a background in medical instrumentation or high-precision technical support and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on medical instrumentation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct systematic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for equipment malfunctions.
  • Execute onsite repairs and installations for clients across the Medan region.
  • Provide comprehensive technical guidance and training to clinical staff regarding instrument operation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service logs, maintenance reports, and technical issues.
  • Coordinate with the internal engineering team for complex hardware/software upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory standards regarding medical equipment handling.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support, field service, or equipment maintenance (medical equipment experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to diagnose and repair hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Must possess a valid driving license (SIM) and be willing to travel within the Medan area.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to tight service deadlines.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency for technical manual comprehension is preferred.
