Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for medical technology? Polaris Alkes Starindo is looking for a dedicated Technical Support Staff (Alkes) to join our team in Central Java. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational quality, ensuring that every medical device received from our principals meets strict standards before it reaches our healthcare clients.
You will play a critical role in the supply chain and technical integrity of our medical equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect and verify the quality and technical specifications of all medical equipment received from principals.
- Manage the proper storage, maintenance, and handling of equipment to prevent damage.
- Prepare medical devices for distribution, ensuring all components and manuals are complete.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and technical assessment of equipment upon arrival or before shipping.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and safe delivery of equipment to customers.
- Document all technical checks, serial numbers, and maintenance logs in the company database.
- Assist in the installation or training demonstration for clients when required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role, ideally within the medical device (Alkes) industry.
- Strong understanding of medical equipment handling and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read technical manuals and documentation with high accuracy.
- Disciplined, organized, and capable of working effectively under minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using basic diagnostic tools and computer software for reporting.
- Willing to work on a contract basis and committed to company SOPs.
