Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough quality checks on medical equipment received from principals upon arrival.
- Manage the proper storage and handling of sensitive medical devices to prevent damage.
- Coordinate the distribution of equipment to healthcare facilities within the Cirebon region.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for medical equipment users.
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records of all technical assets.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations during all handling processes.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the medical device (Alkes) industry.
- Deep understanding of medical equipment maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage regional distribution tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with hospital staff.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office for inventory reporting and technical documentation.
- Must be based in or willing to be stationed in the Cirebon area.
