Are you an experienced Network Engineer with a passion for guiding technical teams and driving enterprise infrastructure excellence? Elitez Group is searching for a dynamic, results-driven Technical Team Lead focusing on Network Engineering to manage our technical operations in Jakarta Utara.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of network engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Oversee the design, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of enterprise routing, switching, and security solutions.
- Ensure 24/7 network stability, uptime, and high availability across all corporate and client sites.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex network outages, conducting thorough root cause analyses (RCA).
- Drive technical projects from initiation to delivery, aligning team efforts with project deadlines and client requirements.
- Establish standard operating procedures, documentation frameworks, and best practices for network management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management to align technical strategies with business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Network Engineering, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Active CCNP Enterprise Certification is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in configuring and managing Cisco hardware (Routers, Switches, Firewalls) and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
- Proven experience with SD-WAN implementations, network security protocols, and cloud integrations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis located in Jakarta Utara.
