Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, edit, and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and process specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand guides.
- Manage and organize documentation within SharePoint to ensure version control and accessibility.
- Perform quality assurance checks on technical deliverables to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support AI-related project documentation by tracking updates and system improvements.
- Audit existing technical files to identify gaps and implement improvements.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background or 1-2 years of experience in a similar role are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and MS Office Suite is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Keen interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) trends and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quality-first mindset.
