Lawencon International is seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Technical Writer to join our SAP project team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex SAP technicalities and user-centric documentation. You will work closely with SAP consultants, functional leads, and end-users to ensure that all system processes are documented with precision, clarity, and consistency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD) for SAP modules.
- Create clear and concise user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for end-users.
- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical consultants to gather requirements and document system configurations.
- Design and manage documentation version control to ensure all stakeholders have access to the most recent system updates.
- Translate complex technical workflows into easy-to-understand visual diagrams and flowcharts.
- Review and edit documentation for consistency, grammar, and technical accuracy according to project standards.
- Participate in project meetings to stay updated on system changes and ensure documentation timelines are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, specifically within SAP or large-scale ERP environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, or HCM) and the SAP implementation lifecycle.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio, Confluence, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation streams under tight project deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, professional deliverables.
