Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of construction equipment and machinery
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment functionality
- Assist in the setup and operation of construction sites and machinery
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and specifications
- Collaborate with construction team members to ensure project timelines are met
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in technical field or related construction discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a construction technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with construction equipment and machinery
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Valid driver's license is preferred
- Physical fitness to perform on-site duties
