Lion Klang Parade is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technician to join our facilities management team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the operational excellence of our property, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our tenants and shoppers.
As a Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of building systems. We are looking for an individual who is not just a problem solver, but a team player who takes pride in their workmanship. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of building facilities, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on lighting, air conditioning, and ventilation units to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, including wiring, distribution boards, and lighting circuits.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and management, providing efficient repairs and solutions.
- Monitor building automation systems to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts utilized.
- Assist external contractors during major site maintenance or facility upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent vocational training (e.g., SKM, MLVK).
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, circuit troubleshooting, and basic plumbing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and facility manuals.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Basic proficiency in written and spoken Malay and English.
