LYC Mall Sdn Bhd (Plaza Low Yat) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technician - Electrician to join our dedicated building maintenance team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that the electrical infrastructure of our premier mall remains safe, functional, and compliant with industry standards.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of Plaza Low Yat, directly contributing to the comfort and safety of our tenants and shoppers.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of building electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and rectify electrical breakdowns and power supply issues throughout the mall.
- Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and monitor work progress for quality assurance.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure all facilities meet safety standards and building regulations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and non-compliance issues reported by tenants or management.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of electrical spares.
- Assist in general facility upkeep and minor repairs outside of electrical tasks when required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in building maintenance or commercial electrical work.
- Possess a valid Chargeman certification (A0/A1) is a significant advantage.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, circuit boards, and building management systems (BMS).
- Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to handle routine site inspections and equipment handling.
