Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on all F&B kitchen equipment and baking machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic malfunctions promptly.
- Execute emergency repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to provide training on the proper use and care of equipment.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized equipment service when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technician or Maintenance staff, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, refrigeration systems, and proofers.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and electrical schematics.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
