We are looking for a dedicated Facilities Technician to join our dynamic team at Alfa Tech VestAsia Pte Ltd. In this 6-month contract role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our operational excellence and ensuring a safe, efficient working environment for our employees. As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for the general upkeep of our facilities, performing routine maintenance, and addressing repair requests promptly. Your expertise will help minimize downtime and ensure our office and technical spaces remain in top condition. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, to identify potential issues.
- Perform timely repairs and maintenance on office equipment, furniture, and facility systems to ensure minimal disruption.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance work orders and service requests from staff in a professional and efficient manner.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels of spare parts and maintenance tools, initiating reorders when necessary.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Assist in general facility cleaning and organization to maintain a tidy and welcoming workspace.
- Collaborate with external vendors or contractors for specialized repairs and major projects.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in facilities management, general maintenance, or a related technical field.
- Possession of a relevant trade qualification or certification (e.g., electrician, mechanic, or facilities diploma) is highly desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and fix common facility issues independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and management.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- A valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
