As a Technician, you will work within a dynamic engineering team to perform daily inspections, conduct preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on hydrogenation reactors, pumps, valves, and piping systems to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Monitor process control systems and instrumentation to detect deviations, ensuring product quality and process stability.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and audits of plant equipment to ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of plant shutdowns, startups, and turnaround activities under the supervision of senior engineers.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and operational reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the operations and engineering teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and optimize plant efficiency.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a chemical processing plant, preferably within the oleochemical or refining sector.
- Familiarity with hydrogenation processes, pressure vessels, and associated safety systems.
- Strong ability to read and interpret P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and technical blueprints.
- Certification in Process Safety Management (PSM) or NEBOSH is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Physically fit and capable of wearing necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
