Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical malfunctions using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for all equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize operational disruption
- Order and manage spare parts inventory to ensure timely repairs
- Adhere to company safety protocols and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or technician roles
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and building infrastructure
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance equipment
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to work in Kelapa Gading and adapt to flexible schedules
- Certification in relevant technical fields is preferred
