Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical machinery and equipment in tobacco production lines
- Install and calibrate new Maker & Filter machinery according to manufacturer specifications
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Diagnose mechanical failures and implement effective solutions to minimize production downtime
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance in technical logs
- Collaborate with production teams to address equipment-related operational challenges
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality control standards in all maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a technician in manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatic components, and industrial machinery
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Certification in industrial maintenance or machinery repair (preferred)
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools and precision measurement instruments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Physical capability to handle equipment and work in industrial settings
