Tanggung Jawab
- Provide daily on-site technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Maintain and monitor project-specific network infrastructure, ensuring high uptime for site offices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MIS systems and project management applications.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server and workstation setups.
- Manage user access rights and ensure adherence to company data security policies.
- Collaborate with the central IT department to implement system updates and security patches.
- Document technical procedures and maintain an updated inventory of IT assets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an IT technician or helpdesk support role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, including printers, laptops, and mobile communication devices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to assist non-technical staff with software issues.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to site locations as required.
