As part of the MAS team, you will be instrumental in enhancing the security, efficiency, and reliability of Singapore's payment systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance payment systems and data connectivity solutions in line with MAS standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define technical requirements, architectural standards, and system specifications.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of payment infrastructure through rigorous testing and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct technical assessments, code reviews, and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure code quality.
- Identify and implement process improvements and technical innovations to optimize payment flow and data connectivity.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Document technical processes and architectural decisions to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in software development, specifically within the payments, fintech, or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Proven experience with API development (RESTful/SOAP) and data connectivity protocols (e.g., ISO 20022, SWIFT, XML).
- Deep understanding of payment scheme operations, security standards, and data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated, and collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
