In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first line of defense and escalation support for production issues, ensuring our systems remain robust and reliable. You will dive deep into complex technical failures, ranging from API integrations to database performance bottlenecks and chatbot logic errors. As a Core TechOps Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability of our core services. We value a proactive approach to incident management, where identifying potential risks before they impact users is just as important as resolving active outages. You will collaborate closely with development and QA teams to implement effective solutions and establish best practices that enhance our operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage L2/L3 technical escalations for production environments, ensuring rapid incident response and resolution.
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting for API failures, database connectivity issues, and chatbot flow anomalies.
  • Conduct comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents to prevent recurrence and improve system resilience.
  • Monitor system health, logs, and performance metrics to identify trends and potential bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement patches, updates, and configuration changes safely.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures, incident reports, and technical guides for knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in the optimization of database queries and API response times to improve overall application performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a TechOps Engineer, System Administrator, or Support Engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Familiarity with chatbot frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, or custom solutions) and conversational AI logic.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to debug complex code and infrastructure issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Indonesian.
