Tanggung Jawab
- Install and configure CCTV systems at client locations according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of surveillance equipment
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective repair solutions
- Train clients on system operation and remote monitoring capabilities
- Document installation processes and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with sales team to provide technical consultation for clients
- Stay updated with latest CCTV technologies and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate with technical background
- 1+ years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance
- Proficiency with analog, HD, and IP CCTV systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license (SIM C) for client site visits
- Basic networking knowledge for IP camera systems
- Customer service-oriented communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
