Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Conduct daily inspections of building facilities to identify potential issues
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and service calls
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and installations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Assist in energy conservation initiatives and sustainability programs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance or facility management
- Vocational diploma in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in handling HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Valid certification in technical maintenance (e.g., HVAC Technician) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Physical ability to perform hands-on repairs and climb ladders/equipment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
