Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain WiFi network infrastructure including routers, switches, and access points
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and implement effective solutions
- Document network configurations, maintenance activities, and technical procedures
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure network security and compliance with industry standards
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding network connectivity issues
- Research and implement emerging networking technologies to enhance system performance
Kualifikasi
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Proven experience in network administration and WiFi configuration
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and security practices
- Hands-on experience with network hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Certification in networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
