Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble, disassemble, and repair computer hardware systems including laptops and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems
- Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, and cabling systems
- Install and update device drivers and application software
- Diagnose hardware/software issues and implement effective solutions
- Provide technical support to end-users and document troubleshooting processes
- Monitor system performance and optimize network configurations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in hardware assembly, repair, and networking
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux OS installation and configuration
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and hardware
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
