We are currently seeking a skilled Printer Technician (Teknisi Mesin Printer) to join our team in Palu, Central Sulawesi. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Epson productsâincluding printers, scanners, and other imaging devices. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive timely and effective technical support.
This full-time position involves both field and workshop tasks. You will perform diagnostics, replace defective parts, configure software, and provide end-user training. We value accuracy, efficiency, and a customer-first attitude. The ideal candidate has a background in electronics or mechanical engineering and proven experience with Epson equipment. You should be comfortable working independently in various environments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on Epson printers, scanners, and all-in-one devices.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools and manufacturer guidelines.
- Install and configure printer drivers, firmware updates, and network settings.
- Provide on-site technical support to clients in Palu and surrounding areas.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, inventory, and repair logs.
- Assist with customer training on proper equipment usage and care.
- Collaborate with the technical team to improve service processes and reduce downtime.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in printer repair or electronic device maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Epson products, including printers, scanners, and projectors.
- Proficient in using diagnostic software and hand tools for repair.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel for on-site assignments.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation is an advantage.
