Join Mapan Group as a Refrigeration Technician for our F&B division and become part of a dynamic team maintaining essential cooling systems in busy restaurant environments. This hands-on role requires expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing refrigeration units while ensuring operational efficiency and food safety compliance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues, and uphold industry standards for hygiene and sustainability. Ideal candidates will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to system reliability in fast-paced hospitality settings.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and resolve electrical/mechanical faults in cooling equipment
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and system performance tests
- Coordinate plumbing and civil infrastructure support for cooling installations
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with F&B operations teams to minimize service disruptions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or vocational certification in mechanical/electrical fields
- 1+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration maintenance
- Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC/R systems and electrical circuits
- Knowledge of plumbing and civil infrastructure systems
- Certification in refrigeration technology preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license for equipment transportation
