Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails regarding Telco products and services, providing accurate and timely resolutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to mobile, internet, and digital services.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, and service upgrades.
- Document all interactions thoroughly in the company's CRM system.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Average Handling Time (AHT).
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School graduate; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Basic computer navigation skills and typing proficiency.
- Must be amenable to start ASAP.
