- Handle inbound/outbound calls for telecommunications clients with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, services, and technical support
- Maintain accurate customer records and transaction documentation
- Meet key performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Fluency in English and Filipino languages
