  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for our telecommunications account
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed call records
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
