- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for our telecommunications account
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed call records
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping customers
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
