As a Telco Retail Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in exceeding sales targets while ensuring a seamless customer experience. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about technology and possess the ability to persuade and advise customers effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers warmly to understand their needs and recommend suitable mobile plans, devices, and accessories.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to the store's overall performance.
- Provide expert advice on product features, pricing, and promotions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Stay updated on the latest telecommunications trends and product offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using POS systems.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets and earn commissions.
