Tanggung Jawab
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for mobile plans, devices, and roaming packages.
- Engage customers proactively, offering tailored solutions based on their usage needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless buying experience from consultation to checkout.
- Assist customers with device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Upsell and cross-sell add-on services such as insurance, accessories, and data plans.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail display area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in retail sales or telecommunications is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive sales approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Valid identification and eligibility to work in the country of operation.
- Basic knowledge of mobile technology and roaming services is a plus.
