As a Telco Specialist, you will be the frontline of support for our clients' customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for telecommunications inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to mobile, internet, and landline services.
- Effectively manage and process customer accounts, including billing inquiries, plan upgrades, and service changes.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time.
- Collaborate with team members and leaders to improve processes and share best practices.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the company CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products, services, and policies.
- Handle escalated calls with patience and empathy, ensuring a positive resolution for the customer.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school (SHS) graduate; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role, preferably in a telco account.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications while interacting with customers.
- Willingness to work onsite in Novaliches, Metro Manila.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable discussing telecommunications products and services.
