Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Manage telecommunications accounts, service upgrades, and technical support requests efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network or device issues using established protocols and tools.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the Team Leader to meet daily performance metrics and quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest product knowledge and service updates to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation, patience, and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and fast typing skills.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
