Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage telecommunications accounts, service upgrades, and technical support requests efficiently.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot network or device issues using established protocols and tools.
  • Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Team Leader to meet daily performance metrics and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest product knowledge and service updates to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation, patience, and active listening skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and fast typing skills.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
