Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls for customer inquiries and order processing
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently with solution-oriented approaches
- Promote and cross-sell retail products while maintaining accurate call records
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless customer journey experiences
- Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics for call handling and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on retail offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with 1+ years in customer service or sales support
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
- Positive attitude with resilience under pressure
- Basic understanding of retail operations and consumer products
