As a Telecenter Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing high-quality support, handling inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate and professional information regarding company services and auction processes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records within the CRM system.
- Proactively address and resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy.
- Meet and exceed daily performance KPIs, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to team goals by sharing insights and feedback on customer experiences.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a Call Center, Telemarketing, or Customer Service role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or ticketing systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work on a contractual basis and available to be based in Alam Sutra, Tangerang.
