We are seeking a meticulous Telecom Accounts Reconciliation Specialist to join the Synchrony team in Cebu City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our telecom billing and invoice processing. You will act as the primary point of contact for reconciling vendor statements and internal data, identifying discrepancies, and resolving billing errors efficiently. Your work ensures that our telecommunications expenses are recorded correctly and that we maintain clear, accurate financial records daily. We are looking for a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors to maintain financial integrity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Invoice Reconciliation: Process and reconcile monthly telecom invoices from various vendors to ensure accuracy against usage data.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate billing discrepancies, overcharges, and errors, and work with vendors to resolve them promptly.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all billing activities, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to clarify billing questions and validate charges.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly reconciliation reports to management for review and approval.
- Compliance: Ensure all reconciliation activities comply with company financial policies and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable, reconciliation, or a similar financial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for identifying errors and inconsistencies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
