Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement telecommunication network infrastructure including IP networks, RAN, and core systems
- Monitor network performance using advanced tools and optimize configurations for maximum efficiency
- Troubleshoot network outages and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deploy new network technologies
- Develop network documentation including diagrams, procedures, and maintenance schedules
- Conduct capacity planning to support business growth and future technology adoption
- Ensure network security protocols are implemented and maintained across all systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in network planning, operations, or optimization
- Strong understanding of IP networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and RAN architectures
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix)
- Experience with network virtualization and SD-WAN technologies
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
