Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to team success by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates are welcome to apply)
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
