Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to generate qualified leads for gas installation services
- Present company offerings and benefits to potential clients effectively
- Schedule appointments with decision-makers for follow-up consultations
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information in CRM systems
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Strong persuasive communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office applications
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievement
- Professional phone etiquette and positive attitude
- Residency in Denpasar or willingness to relocate
