Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to a provided database of potential clients to introduce and sell products or services.
- Effectively pitch product features and benefits to prospective customers to drive sales conversions.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, addressing objections and resolving issues professionally.
- Accurately record all interactions, customer feedback, and sales data into the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and develop effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain a positive, professional image of the company at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive speaking style.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
