Tanggung Jawab
- Contact potential customers via telephone to present and explain products or services
- Answer questions from customers and provide information about products and services
- Record customer information and details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
- Enter customer orders into order processing systems
- Adjust complaints regarding products or services and forward unresolved issues to designated departments
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and order processing
