Tanggung Jawab
- Contact potential customers via telephone to present and explain car insurance products and services
- Answer questions from customers and provide information about coverage options, benefits, and pricing
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans to meet their requirements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve conversion rates
- Stay updated on new insurance products, promotions, and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is advantageous
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clear and persuasive speaking ability
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- Basic knowledge of insurance concepts is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English language skills are a plus
